What is the Lakeshore Ladies Disc Golf Corporation? 

Simply put, LLDGC is a 501c nonprofit organized in 2021 with the mission of supporting and growing women in disc golf through:

• Organizing and marketing weekly disc golf leagues in the lakeshore areas

• Hosting the annual Spring Fling Women’s Open

• Facilitating disc golf clinics

• Supporting high school and college disc golf clubs

• Providing sponsorship opportunities for gals looking to compete 

LLDGC is always seeking out ways to grow and better support women in disc golf.  Please reach out with ideas or to get involved!

Values and Guidelines for All Lakeshore Ladies Disc Golf Programs
We aim to create a positive, welcoming environment for all ladies - regardless of skill level or age. To uphold these values, we have the following guidelines:

• Welcome new members. Introduce yourself and help in making new gals feel like a welcomed part of the group. We’re happy to have them!

• Ask before giving advice. Albeit well-intended, advice can be discouraging for some.

• Role model encouraging, positive behavior in language and actions. This includes:

  • Share in celebrating good throws and personal improvement. Compliments are encouraged!

  • Keep profanity to a minimum

  • Drink responsibly, including prior to and during activities (limited to all activities in which alcohol is allowed – alcohol consumption is NOT allowed during PDGA Sanctioned tournament rounds)

  • Harassment and insults will not be tolerated.
